18 people work at the Museum, mostly freelances. Some of them collaborate regularly, others are involved in different projects.
For this reason the structure is decentralized and each collaborator is responsible for her/his task and available at the same time. |

Regina Bucher She has run the Museum since October 1998 and since 2000 she has been also Directress of the Fondazione Hermann Hesse Montagnola. info@hessemontagnola.ch

Manuela Cattaneo Since 2001 she has translated and edited texts from German into Italian. She collaborates to the organizations of events and since 2003 has been responsible for the Sunday readings. Since 2006 she has worked at the reception of the Museum. manuela@hessemontagnola.ch |

Lucilla Janssen
She translates texts from German into Italian and into English. She guides groups in Italian and English and is a reader during Sunday's reading. |

Laurent Nicod Since 1998 he has been responsible for the visual communication of the Museum (publications, posters, brochures, ads, invitations, etc.). He is responsible for the graphical part of the permanent exhibition, the temporary exhibitions and the website. laurent@hessemontagnola.ch |
