«Following the trails of Hermann Hesse»

Collina d'Oro offers a great variety of walks throughout its magnificent landscape.
On the occasion of the opening of the Museum, the Town Council of Collina d'Oro set up a walking path which takes to Hesse's favourite places, passing by the houses where he lived, and ending to the cemetery where he is buried.
A visit to the Ursula e Gunter Böhmer Foundation in Casa Albisetti is also included.

An interactive walk
«Walking with Hermann Hesse»

For primary schools (third, fourth and fifth grade) as well as for first year of middle school, (8–11 years) the Museum offers a special and interesting activity: an interactive walking-tour with the actress Stefania Mariani – an unforgettable experience!

Stefania Mariani will tell about Hermann Hesse's life and work in an amusing and educational way on the background of the Collina d'Oro.
Every morning from 9.00 to 11.00, during the months of March, April, June, September and October, booking needs to be arranged.
