The unusual mythology of Hinduism and the symbolic strength of its images, fascinated Hermann Hesse throughout his life. His reflections analyse an extraordinary collection of sculptures and miniatures representing the Hindu divine world.
In cooperation with the Museo delle Culture in Lugano and the Museum Rietberg in Zurich.
Catalogue in Italian and German, with writings by Giulia Bellentani, Jorrit Britschgi and Eva Zimmermann.

In 1917 the German architect and theorist Bruno Taut worked on a utopian project located on an alpine and pre-alpine territory. In his beautiful drawings one can recognize the landscape of the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland, seen as a possible place for evasion and reflection.
